34th JKFGA Tournament Sydney 2024
We are thrilled to celebrate the incredible achievements of all our Karate Academy Sydney competitors who participated in the 34th JFK National Tournament last Saturday! The Japanese Karate Federation (JKF) is a prestigious tournament circuit, and from this competition, competitors are selected to represent Australia in The All Japan Karate Federation World Tournament.
Firstly, we would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Chris Vetrisano Sensei and Alex Vetrisano Sensei for securing and accepting their spots on the Australian team to compete in Japan in August 2024!
A big thank you to the parents for your unwavering support of your children and our dojo.
We are immensely proud of our dojo and the level of talent, respect, and sportsmanship demonstrated on the day. Out of 43 competitors, we brought home 38 medals! This is an achievement to be incredibly proud of. Congratulations to those who put themselves out there for the first time—whether you placed or not, you now have invaluable experience.
